A long week with the All Saints’ Day bridge. First two specials, the Cremona Tango Festival and Milonga Ondanomala’s 11th birthday; then one milonga a day in Milan and one outside the city. Halloween and Día de los Muertos bring several themed nights; always double-check times with the organisers.

BIRTHDAY SPECIAL Thursday 29 October · Eurotaverna, via Lavoratori Autobianchi 1, Desio (MB) · dinner from 8:30pm, milonga 9:15pm–1am Ondanomala starts its eleventh year and celebrates with a toast and pastries. A traditional night, with three-track tandas and a few nuevo tangos, in Eurotaverna’s air-conditioned event hall with two side-by-side floors.
